Под запрет диета отправляет все виды кондитерских и спиртных изделий, сахар, соль, копченое и жареное. Заместят все эти продукты овощи, фрукты, вареные яйца, мясо и рыба. Никаких сторонних элементов кроме тех что прописаны в меню диеты, добавлять нельзя.

Диета Марлен Дитрих — меню на две недели

Понедельник:

  1. Завтрак — начнем день с чашки кофе и сухаря.
  2. Обед — пару яиц вкрутую, шпинат с растительным маслом и один томат.
  3. Ужин — говяжья котлета и помидорно-луковый салат.

Вторник:

  1. Завтрак — кофе и сухарь.
  2. Обед — овощной салат из помидоров, огурцов и лука заправленный маслом, одно яблоко.
  3. Ужин — 250 грамм вареной говядины, пару яиц и салат из зеленых листьев.

Среда:

  1. Завтрак — чай без сахара.

  3. Ужин — фруктовый салат.

Четверг:

  1. Завтрак — фужер апельсинового сока.
  2. Обед — жареная рыба грамм 250, салат из помидоров и лука, яблоко.

Пятница:

  1. Завтрак — фужер яблочного сока.
  2. Обед — жарим любое мясо не более 200 грамм, и рубим капустный салат с маслом.
  3. Ужин — капустный салат и 150 грамм сыра.

Суббота:

  1. Завтрак — кофе и сухарь.
  2. Обед — жареная курица и овощной салат из помидоров, огурцов и лука заправленный маслом,
  3. Ужин — варенное яйцо и морковный салат.

Воскресенье:

  1. Завтрак — стакан яблочного сока.
  2. Обед — тушеное мясо 200 грамм и помидорный салат.
