Меню диеты Хорвата прописывает нам довольно разнообразный стол. На нем, почти праздничном, будет в различных вариантах и мясо и рыба, и овощи с фруктами. А оградить себя нужно только, как и во многих диетах, от изделий кондитерских, алкоголя, сахара и мучного. Все продукты идущие под запрет, легко взаимозаменяемы теми что предлагает нам диета.

Диета доктора Хорвата — меню на неделю

Понедельник:

  1. Завтрак — варим яйцо всмятку, кипятим чай и грызем сухарик.
  2. Второй завтрак — яблоко и только одно.
  3. Обед — 150 грамм отварного мяса говядины, 100 грамм вареной картошки, овощной салат и кофе.
  4. Полдник — чай и фрукты.
  5. Ужин — ветчина, яйцо всмятку, ломтик черного хлеба с маслом и овощной салат.

Вторник:

  1. Завтрак — Чай зеленый с медом и сухарик.
  2. Второй завтрак — морковный салат заправляем растительным маслом.
  3. Обед — 100 грамм говядины тушеной, 100 грамм картофеля отварного и кофе.
  4. Полдник — кофе с молоком.
  5. Ужин — 200 грамм филе рыбы печеного, овощной салат и минеральная вода без газов.

Среда:

  1. Завтрак — 50 грамм ветчины и чай с сухарями (30 грамм).
  2. Второй завтрак — апельсин.
  3. Обед — 200 грамм отварной курицы, овощной салат и кофе.
  4. Полдник — Чай и фрукты.
  5. Ужин — 150 грамм картофеля отварного, 100 грамм творога и чай с медом.

Четверг:

  1. Завтрак — бутерброд с сыром и черным хлебом, чай с медом.
  2. Второй завтрак — грейпфрут один.
  3. Обед — отварная телятина 200 грамм, картофель 150 грамм, овощной салат и минеральная вода без газов.
  4. Полдник — пару яблок.
  5. Ужин — яичный омлет, 50 грамм ветчины, овощной салат и апельсиновый сок.

Пятница:

  1. Завтрак — 150 грамм обезжиренного творога, 50 грамм черного хлеба и чай с медом.
  2. Второй завтрак — пару яблок.
  3. Обед — говядины 150 грамм отварной, 100 грамм картофеля и компот.
  4. Полдник — кефир и яблоко.
  5. Ужин — овощной салат заправленный растительным маслом и компот.

Суббота:

  1. Завтрак — один апельсин.
  2. Второй завтрак — морковный салат заправленный растительным маслом.
  3. Обед — 150 грамм говядины печеной, 150 грамм картошки вареной и салат.
  4. Полдник — пару редисок.
  5. Ужин — омлет из двух яиц и грибов, салат из помидоров и огурцов с луком и минеральная вода без газов.

Воскресенье:

  1. Завтрак — 150 грамм обезжиренного творога и чай с медом.
  2. Второй завтрак — фужер молока.
  3. Обед — обжариваем свинину 200 грамм, варим картофель 150 грамм и рубим салат овощной.
  4. Полдник — кофе с молоком.
  5. Ужин — кефир с крекерами.
